New Moon Cacao + Sound Experience: Breathing in a new mindset and creating heart centered intentions in community. 

This New Moon in Gemini offers us a time of reset and renewal. To gather in community and connect together in a prayerful way. 

Sitting together, initiating new ideas, inspiring one another with supportive conversations, connecting through the medicine of cacao and integrating the experience with sound healing vibrations to restore and nourish the heart, body mind and spirit.

Beth curates multi sensory experiences to support your somatic and spiritual well being. 

She is a student on the path of the sacred initiatic traditions under the guidance of her teacher Maestro Manuel Rufino who is a  recognized elder in the Taino tradition; and studies the sacred medicine of cacao with Nana Marina Cruz who is an honored Ajq'ij (spiritual guide) of the Tz ́utujil People of Guatemaya. 

Weaving in traditional and spiritual practices through her studies while honoring her own lineage. She grateful to walk this path in sacred reciprocity. 

Beth is a somatic trauma-informed practitioner.
